Other Worlds, Lost Magic, and Converting Adventures; update to v0.13


Here’s another sizable update with some cool features I’ve been playing around with for a while. This is likely going to be the last core rules update for the near future, as the draft will be going to Fiona for editing shortly.

As the draft is in the first stage of editing, I’ll be working on other stuff like an expanded bestiary (cyber bear, anyone?) and delve generator for solo play.

Felipe continues to deliver some amazing interior art, so I’ve added another example to the page as well.

v0.13

  • Added Other Worlds section, covering slip doors, magical gateways, hazards, and travel into and outside the Drifted World
  • Added Lost Magic section covering magic from other worlds
  • Added Converting Adventures section for guidelines on converting Cairn/Into the Odd and Runecairn adventures for We Deal in Lead
  • Corrected error in gun modifications table; scattergun should be short range
  • Added note in Starting Gear section around starting with a full inventory
