Just a heads up, but the pdf table of contents is missing (not pages 2 & 3).
Ahh, thanks for the heads up, I’ll have a look. Likely because I manually made the ToC on pages 2 and 3.
No worries. And to be clear, I mean the Table of Contents that shows up in the sidebar of your pdf reader. I'm in Preview on macOS.
