Fairly sizable update following on from recent playtesting.

• Added Special Attacks for each gun; these cost Fatigue to use
• Added Combat Example section
• Updated Duels section; duels now deal STR damage
• Added serfbot to Bestiary
• Changed low man to greykin and updated entry
• Changed Armour to Defence and updated Defence section
• Changed capacity for repeater to 8
• Updated leather wrist cuffs to provide +1 Defence
• Changed statuesque to imposing in Physique table
