Minor fixes and changes, including removing the existing cover image.
I’ve also added a free text only download (PDF and Markdown), as the Bestiary is released with a CC BY-SA licence!

- Removed cover image pending new art (see devlog)
- Added section on converting monsters from We Deal in Lead and converting Runecairn monsters for other systems
- Updated entry for dwarf for greater flavour
- Updated image for death warden
- Moved troll before rock troll
- Minor spelling corrections
