Midnight of the Century Primer has been updated to v0.2.

Lined editor Karen Twelves has provided edits which have been incorporated into the Primer.

The following changes have been made:

• Fixed minor grammatical, typography, and formatting errors.
• Tweaked the front cover inner graphic for better readability.
• Added Cthuhlu Dark to the Tabletop RPG Appendix N section.
• Added a QR code for the Midnight of the Century website to the Appendix N section.
